How to remain super cool this summers?? - 11 fun tips :D

Hello to everyone! I hope you all doing great! :D

As the title of this post says, so you must got to know that I will be talking about some fun tips to remain super cool this summer. Isn't it exciting?? Well, I am. :D ^_^

The sun is getting really naughty this summers and to make him a little cool, we need some super cool tips for the same. :D Yes? 
So, my beautiful readers and you Mr. Sun, let me take you on a ride with 11 tips to remain super cool throughout this summery season. ^_^ 

As far as the tips are concerned, I will be sharing 11 tips in all. All the Indians must know that 11 has always been considered as a lucky number. Heehehhehe. So, I chose to gather 11 tips. :D ^_^
Without wasting any more time, lets jump to the 11 tips one by one. 

TIPS: Lets Get Started. :D

TIP 1: DRINK 8-10 GLASSES OF WATER EVERYDAY



As we all know, water is the best source to lower down your body temperature and cools down your body very effectively. It is a must to drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. It also helps in reducing weight. Well, personally I just love drinking water. Nothing makes me happy than a glass of water, umm yeah! its kind of weird but that is so true. It is said that you can survive without daily meals, but not without water. So, have some water girls. :D ^_^ 

TIP 2: COOL & JUICY FRUITS


Here as well, I am talking about water but not in a direct way. In these 11 tips, some are indirectly targeting water only, lol. So as of for the second tip, have lots of fruits in summers. Through proper intake of watery and juicy fruits, you will be healthy, your body is consuming water and other nutrients that will be super cool for your body. Also through fruits, your stomach will be full for a longer period of time. Yuppiiee! 

TIP 3: DAY & NIGHT CREAM

And this is very important. You must have a good day and night creams that suits your skin type. When you step out of your home early morning in summers, you must apply a day cream that will protect you from sun heat and other impurities in the environment. And night cream to relax and nourish your skin and keep it healthy. <3 ^_^

TIP 4: BODY LOTION

Body lotion keeps your skin protected and healthy throughout the entire day. Also before going to bed you must apply another layer of body lotion to make it more healthy and nourishing. ^_^

TIP 5: FACE WASH


And now I present you the fifth tip. Yes! Face wash, it clears out your skin completely to clean bold all the impurities and dirtiness that are been playing on the pitch of your skin. As for the face wash, you must use it twice a day. At night as well, you need to clear the pitch when the game is over for the day. :D I don't know why that I am getting engraved in sports. :p LOL!

TIP 6: HEALTHY SHAKES & JUICES


Healthy shakes and fruit juices plays a very attractive and effective role. These will make your body temperature cool and adds more flavor to your life. :p I love to have yummy shakes, watering mouth!!! :p

TIP 7: DRESS SIMPLY - LOOSE FITTING & SOFT/ COOL COLORS


In this sticky summer season, you must wear comfortable and loose fitted clothes. You must wear clothes which are made of cotton with cool colors like sky blue, light yellow, sea green, etc. Dark and heavy colors adds more heat and you feel more hotty hotty. Go with cool colors to be super cool. :D

TIP 8: WEAPONS FOR PROTECTION FROM HEAT: HAT, SCARVES, SUNGLASSES


We humans have made some devices through which you can protect your skin and yourself from sun's heat and summers. And for these additional devices you can use a hat, scarf or simply sunglasses. <3

TIP 9: ENJOY THE SUMMERS WITH ICE CREAMS


YUMMY!!!! I couldn't start this explanation without writing that introductory word. This is the most favorite and effective way to say goodbye to summers temporarily. Yeah! Sometimes it can be harmful for your tonsils but you can have a medicine for that (Right?), :p, at least you can enjoy eating yummy ice creams. LOL!!

TIP 10: HEALTHY TIPS


Take a clean cloth and dip it in cold water. Soak and place it on your face, it will give you a refreshing feel. You must also apply some cold water on your wrist and pulse points, that would surely give you a lot of relaxation. Try it! :D

TIP 11: TAKE SHOWER TWICE A DAY


And last but not the least, I personally love to take shower twice a day. In the morning and at night, take a shower from cold water and you will be just super cool. It gives relaxation to your body and mind and you feel so light and healthy. Try it! You will love it for sure. :D ^_^

  2. i really liked this post! i believe in ice cream and two showers daily too haha :D and i've started wearing more kurtas with leggings - much more comfy in this weather than my skinny jeans! :)
